Thank you for joining me as I share my personal journey through some of my darkest of hours after being accused of  a vicious lie right after leaving the hospital in a back brace due to a compression fracture in three vertebrae. What followed was  gaslighting, at work, stalking,  a fight to overcome alcoholism in the face of an epilepsy diagnosis, a second back break, somehow managing to purchase my very first home, in the midst of one of the hardest times of my life, as  a 34 year old millennial (I truly never dreamed that such a thing would be possible) and much more. In this story I hope to impart a sense of resilience and hope, showcasing how I overcame obstacles and challenges that were oftentimes, seemingly overwhelming, and on the way found confidence with the discovery of self-acceptance and self-love.

So I hope that you will follow along as I guide us through what is sure to be a wild ride. I'm going to offer a no-holds-barred look into my life over the past 24+ months.
